Our Executive Team

Paweł Chabros

Paweł Chabros

Trainer & CEO
A Warsaw School of Economics graduate. Certified Insights Discovery™, Extended Disc and Lumina Learning Parctitioner. Ardent International Coaching Community (ICC) Coach and Action Learning Coach (WIAL). 29 years’ plus of business experience. Paweł started his professional career in marketing departments of CPC Amino (Unilever) and then Kraft Jacobs Suchard (Mondelez). He participated in building the Hellmann’s and Jacobs brand on the Polish market. Over the next several years he served as Account Manager and Group Account Director at McCann-Erickson.

In 1998 Paweł took up his first job in the training industry, joining Kalkstein, a human skills development consultancy.  Ever since he has been engaged in numerous local and international training assignments, amassing a wealth of experience in the process. He has been working with business professionals accross diverse industries, from entry-level employees to C-suite executives. During his 19 year tenure at Kalkstein he came up from the ranks to become Partner & Board Member.

In 2017 Paweł founded his own training company: Training Excellence.

Paweł specializes in project management, sales, negotiations, relationship building, business communication, team building, presentation skills, meeting skills, customer care and personal productivity training workshops. He has successfully delivered over 1,300 days of training. He also runs business coaching and has a passion for developing and running Interactive Business Games. Born and raised in Canada, he is bilingual.

Tomasz Borg

Tomasz Borg

Trainer & Partner
Tomasz graduated from the Warsaw Technical University, Warsaw School of Social Psychology (Postgraduate Studies for Group Trainers) and Leon Koźmiński MDDP Business Academy. He is an Extended Disc and Insights Discovery™ practitioner with 20 years of professional experience in sales, management, training & human resources. In his various professional roles he has succesfully implemented corporate HR and Personnel Management processes: performance management and appraisals, competence models, diversity management, leadership & development programs.

In 1994-99 Tomek worked as manager and internal training instructor for PepsiCo Restaurants International. He then went on to serve as Training Manager first with Raiffeisen Bank and then with Leroy Merlin. From 2002 till 2008 he cooperated with Kalkstein as trainer, consultant and project manager. In the years 2008-2010 he acted as HR & Training Department Manager at Sandvik Coromant.

Tomek specializes in leadership, management, team building, sales and customer service, personal effectiveness, public speaking and business presentations trainings.
